Biography

Adam has a concentration in real estate and business law. He represents homebuyers and sellers, developers, investors, businesses, lenders, landlords, and tenants in all facets of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, development, financing, and leasing. Adam is also well-versed in the creation of business entities such as limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships, and routinely assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of businesses and their assets.

Adam is a lifelong resident of Virginia, having been raised near Warrenton, Virginia. After graduating from the University of Richmond School of Law, Adam briefly practiced law in Winchester, Virginia. Adam returned to Richmond in the fall of 2015 to join the firm. He has called Richmond his home ever since.
